I'm under the impression that some essentially unused files still linger in the src tree. such as NewAddressWizard.py which is even still imported but never run.

That stuff should be moved into /dev/ maybe together with the ui files that cannot be compiled properly. It leads to confusion to have that dead weight under /src/

All such relicts should be mercylessly uprooted! lets make a spring cleaning!

adresses.py is another such dinosaur
