When deploying the loki-stack chart as a dependent chart, Helm limitations require that it be deployed into the same namespace as my primary application. I am trying to have the loki-stack deployed into a separate namespace from my primary application.

What would you like to be added:

1. use sidecarset inject initContainers

Why is this needed:

1. use sidecarset to replace istio webhook totally.
2. initContainers do not need inplace update
3. if mutiple sidecarsets inject mutiple initContainers in a pod , there is a simple solution that initContainers can be

After download the binary and I directly run vela dashboard, the dashboard doesn't work.

We should check and give a hint to user that the user should run vela install first.
