    "Easy-to-learn Rule-based Chatbot platform"

    Pros: I find Landbot very easy to use for novices while supporting higher levels of complexity when needed. Creating a simple rule-based chatbot is simple and quick.

    Cons: It is difficult to create the diagram without crossing lines and when objects are moved on the layout, it can cause inadvertent movement of other blocks.

    Overall: I developed and published 2 production chatbots with Landbot. One is a golf equipment sales support bot and the other is a training system support bot. Both are functioning and reducing the amount of time I need to spend dealing with trivial inquiries.

    "Awesome for chatbots"

    Pros: Super easy to create chatbots for a website. Pretty intuitive so you can create a genuine customer experience.

    Cons: Could be nice to have more templates to choose from.

    Overall: Overall it's a very cool tool to use for creating chatbots and other forms to make it conversational.
