Expected behavior

Viewport should be redrawn every mouse move event

Actual behavior

While movement, viewport isn't redrawn so we can't see the actual entity position

Additional information

Click line segment button then click first point and move mouse.

Proposed Behaviour

None of the core VPR algorithms should care if the relevant t_physical_tile is an input / output / IO type.

Some behavior is still dependent on whether a tile is an input / output / IO type.
