When we are in meetings of ~15 people, we often still want to know when someone joins or leaves. We have to scan the user list to figure out who is still in the room.

Increase the NOISY_OCCUPANT_COUNT to 30

Noticed the right half of the keyboard works correctly for transparency during hover, but the left side keys show a black background on hover. The keys circled below are the ones tested as having this issue.

I follow instruction, I view default environement but not view screen.
