To Reproduce
- Create two notes.
- Add one to favorites.
- Select both notes.
- Open context menu.
Expected behavior
The text should say "Toggle favorite"
Actual behavior
Sometimes it says "Add to favorites", sometimes it says "Remove from favorites". It should say toggle when both options will happen.

at least not if $EDITOR is set to nvim. It looks like that the file name returned from fzf needs to escape the blank characters.
e.g. if the search result returns the file name one two.md, the editor opens two files, with the filenames of one and two.md.

When text line in list is too long and part of it is moved on the next line, list number is placed on the last line. When I use
<br>, list number is placed on the first line of multiline text.Demo is below:
