Hi just installed this custom component and I had huge issues with the installation and I still do not understand how to use all of it

First the installation. The copying of the files and the setting in the config is clear.
But the installation fails because I lack alexapy. It took me a long time to figure this out. My guess is that everyone installing this the first time will have this error.
