I think it's already finished! Scalar is already modulo the group order, so no special check for negative exponent is necessary.

Take into account dataInputs during mempool updateFamily

This is kind of useful for doing unconditional CPFP (no spend authority required) by referencing an unconfirmed tx via data inputs.
