Which solution do you suggest?
Delegating the dockerignore file search to Docker if possible, otherwise copying the behavior as best as possible

I suggest to list all tools/extensions in alphabetical order and maybe split the tables by category.
This will make the repo more organized and easy to read.

Update components in @jafar/react-components to use toJafar mapper util As described in
yahoo/jafar#86
