Most awesome FP libraries (Cats, Scalaz, Monocle, Algebird etc ) have microsite done by sbt-microsites

Adding one for Shapeless would make it easier for newcomers. Quick, online reference on what is available

These files have parboiled imports that need to go. We are moving them to cats-parse. Some of these files are related. Some are enormous and can be broken down. They could be tasked better, but this is a start.

All work should target the dotty branch. 3.0.0-M1 doesn't compile yet, but all of this will get it closer. CI will fail on the 3.0.0-M1 builds. Don't panic.

Since health checks might be invoked from frontend dashboards, the core of sup could possibly be cross-compiled using Scala.js. Other modules like http4s-client, sttp and circe could benefit as well.
