是否有计划用actions 完全取代 TravisCI
感觉actions 速度上比 TravisCI更好点 ，另外也是github原生的。

Mining RPC commands / code is excluded from release builds due to the fact that most antivirus software flags mining software and it doesn't make sense to mine on mainnet. However, some people will use these binaries on testnet / regtest and will be confused when mining rpcs don't work.

As such, if mining code isn't compiled in, then an error should be thrown when a user runs a mining rpc comm

问题描述：关于工程中某个工作流节点单独执行不报错，保存工作流时提示：NotClassDefFoundError：Cloud not initialize class dispatch.Http$

问题原因：linkis-publish微服务关于netty-3.6.2.Final.jar升级包缺失

问题解决：将升级包上传重启linkis-publish微服务即可。

1. Start wallet from scratch
2. Go to Receive tab
3. Assuming Receiving address that got showed up first had no label, button would be Add Label
4. When you click on a Receiving address that is already labeled, button will change to Edit Label, and when you select again an address without label, button will stay Edit Label instead of Add Label.

There is no way to navigate the menu on mobile.

Confirmed on Android 9.0 smartphone

Problem: There is no min ballot duration limit in VotingToManageEmissionFunds.

Solution: Add the similar param minBallotDuration like in VotingToChange* contracts.
