As is clearly seen in the GIF, the tooltip flickers on hovering, and it's not possible to click the icon, because the tooltip eats the click. This is similar to zulip/zulip#16438.

The current warning message should only be displayed if parts[0] is not recognized. If parts[1] is missing it should mention a [race] or an [era] with no id key respectively.

Getting a server by its visible ID requires many requests.
if I want to get a specific server using the ID visible to the user (example: efcecec0) I will have to list all servers and then filter the list. but that requires a lot of requests depending on the number of pages you have.
