Hello, from version 9.4.2 to 9.5 logging in the Assets-> computers-> Management-> Suppiler and budget tab does not work. no new entry appears in Historical log

Is there a possibility to create a view only user, so he couldn't make changes, create tickets, tamper with settings and etc?

Describe the bug
Firefox does not render the top navbar correctly when the browser window is smaller than a certain width. Causes the left hand elements to render below the right hand elements, causing the bar to obscure page content. At least it does in the demo
