What is the problem?

Using tune.suggest.Repeater does not work when trying to resume a search and leads to an error like this upon resume:

Why is this needed: All pruning schedule except AGPPruner only support level, L1, L2. While there are FPGM, APoZ, MeanActivation and Taylor, it would be much better if we can choose any pruner with any pruning schedule.

We want to enable the users to specify the value ranges for any argument in the blocks.
