In certain instances, our current CMake setup can be less than helpful when it is unable to find certain dependencies. On windows for example, it doesn't specify why it failed to find glad, for example.

I feel certain tweaks could be made to improve the error messages of our build system, along with changing certain flags to be optional such as NOVELRT_BUILD_DOCUMENTATION.
