Just some basic repository health imported from other Artefactual repositories.

- Problem: Location enhancement to the Archival Storage Tab might challenge our view of storage service defaults
- Problem: There may be some clarification/cleanup work we can do on the AIP structure page
- Problem: Environment file settings are not referenced in the Archivemaitca README (or maybe they're out of date?)
- Problem: We're using Django's DEBUG flag for logging information we might want to access to support production environments
