Let's add a button into the "hidden settings" (settings/debug) which will create a Github issue draft with all debug info prefilled.

We can use https://github.com/sindresorhus/new-github-issue-url or https://github.com/sindresorhus/electron-util#opennewgithubissueoptions. This will open a link at github.com/trezor/trezor-suite/issues/new with the data prefilled.
