Expected behavior

Show only SLVS file name in the title of main window, eg. <file_name>.slvs

Actual behavior

SolveSpace shows full path to SLVS file in the title of main window, eg. `/path

to allow broadcast features like:

setSolverParams!(fg, :graphinit, false)
setSolverParams!.(fg, [:drawtree, :showtree, :dbg, :treeinit], true)

this would be a partner to existing getSolverParams

When using the PortCutterRotated component, polar_coverage_angle attribute cannot be greater than 180 and a Standard_ConstructionError is raised.

This might be due to lines below:
