Is there a possibility to create a view only user, so he couldn't make changes, create tickets, tamper with settings and etc?

I noticed one minor thing; the Send-button is slightly misaligned with the other buttons. I'm seeing this both locally, and on the demo page.
It appears like this both in Chrome and Safari (macOS)

Currently, the bot will create tickets with specific permissions overwrites (deny everyone, allow the bot, allow the support_role, and allow the creator). It would be better if the bot didn't overwrite the permissions from the parent/category when setting the ticket channel's permisssions.
