Describe the feature
Let the tenant owner to know the list of allowed trusted registries available in the tenant. An annotation, similar to what we done for Ingress and Storage Classes, can be placed on the namespaces, For example: capsule.clastix.io/registries: "quay.io,trusted-registry.mycompany.com".
What would the new user story look like?
