1、增加ComopositeDownloader混合Downloader下载器
以及普通http下载、phatomjs下载器、chrome headless下载器
并提供实现参数化配置
2、增加adsl自动拨号、ip代理接口
3、增加错误页面处理PageTrigger
详情看DownloaderTest.java
主要想法是组建webmagic分布式平台，将Downloader、Process实现参数化配置，精力有限目前仅实现Downloader模块
