As savename works for structs, I think it should also be possible to expand them. This doesn't work at the moment because of

The theory section for the force table simulation is needed.

The theory section needs to be written with university level physics.

Currently PADE mix behaviours and protocols in a same file located in /pade/behaviours/protocols.py.

The idea is split behaviours and protocols in different files.

Splash screen right now is inconsistent with the theme, it would be better to have a theme based splash screen for both iOS and Android implemented in flutter itself.

Something that would make for a great first issue is to download and compile SWIFT, and then check out the examples and try running a few. The majority of these examples currently use python2 scripts for initial conditions generation and analysis; it would be great if you could upgrade these to use python3 instead.
