Cgroups plugin supports only proportional and max Block IO policies. We should support BFQ scheduler as well. Disk stats for the scheduler are in blkio.bfq.io_service_bytes and blkio.bfq.io_serviced files.

Backgound

When starting the server, we get a report of the software version and Java installation used. A new function should be added which allows for querying the software version and build details where possible. This allows for troubleshooting compatibility issues against outdated or cached versions of the Web Console and generally improves the visibility of the system status.

We currently only check for the underlying prediction net to have the same parameters. This can create issues when constructing a Predictor using the correct prediction net but other parameters, like freq or transformation.

Maybe we can add proper checks the other inputs as well.

So I am running a Kmeans on lots of different datasets, which all have roughly four shapes, so I initialize with those shapes and it works well, except for just a few times.
