from fbprophet.serialize import model_to_json, model_from_json
with open("serialized_model.json", "r") as fin:

It produces this error,

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Plotting confidence intervalls with the current plot function from sktime.utils.plotting import plot_series is not well suitable in case all lines are very close, see picture.

Description

We currently only check for the underlying prediction net to have the same parameters. This can create issues when constructing a Predictor using the correct prediction net but other parameters, like freq or transformation.

Maybe we can add proper checks the other inputs as well.
