Error page on account settings page.

To Reproduce

1. Login to dev.to and go to https://dev.to/settings/account
2. Page shows error and asks me to file a bug report

Expected behavior
Account page should be shown.

With firstcontributions/first-contributions#32256, We've moved assets we need in our tutorials to https://github.com/firstcontributions/assets. Now we should use them.

🎯 Goal
Replace usage of assets in this repository to assets repository to reduce the size of this repo.

💡 Possible solutions

Following the files in which you have to change asset URLs

Yuck.

Whoever wants to tackle this, .chats-full should be a flex item instead.

Bug Report

Current Behavior
The activation email has the [Forum Name] prefix in the subject. But clicking "send activation email again" sends an identical email, without the prefix.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new account
2. Ask for new activation email
3. Compare the two emails received

Expected Behavior
The two emails should have identical titles. The missing prefix

Electron Apps has collected a great deal of apps over the years. However, many apps are now broken or no longer working, and thus should be removed from our directories. As part of Hacktoberfest, we'd like to clean up some of those apps.

As administrator > Settings > Configuration > select Enable rich text editor for participants
