Catalog-import should be more generic to support multiple Git providers

Regarding @backstage/catalog-import:

i confirmed the same basic import functionality is working with Bitbucket Server. I do think we need to make the verbiage of the plugin a bit more generic and ideally specific to the integration in use given in the app-config, given someone using Bitbucket wouldn't benefit from all the GitHub verbiage 😀

Custom log_level for ShellTask

Current behavior

All ShellTask logs are logged at DEBUG level, preventing showing the command output in the UI logs unless the agent's logging threshold is set to DEBUG. But this is undesired for production workloads, as this applies to all log messages

streaming logging for the ShellTask was introduced in #3584
