Steps to reproduce

When using the v-pagination component if on the first page the previous button is decorated as disabled but is not actually disabled. It can still be tabbed onto and activated with the Enter key. This is misleading to a keyboard only or assistiv

Currently, State shows state from the API without any translation.

Perhaps this could be changed to provide a better UX.

E.g. checkingDL → Checking

Publishing a blog before saving it does not publish the blog

1. Create a new blog
2. Hit Publish no the editor page without clicking on Save
3. Says published, but, it is not
