Rework tsdoc comments to match core docs

In my component's props TS interface, I can use JSDoc comments to set the description, and can even use the @default tag to describe the default value
However, nothing happens when I use the @deprecated tag.

If showBackdrop = false, I expect the backdrop to not 'darken' the rest of the application. It looks to me that this prop never worked in the first place. Something like https://codesandbox.io/s/base-web-drawer-forked-vy3or?file=/src/example.js:229-230 works for now. A fix for this should essentially perform the same action that this override is doing but based on the showBackdrop prop
Description
The combo box list doesn't have a high enough z-index to overlap other positioned element such as the buttons for another combo box it could be placed above.
The z-index should be increased to make sure it covers non dialog items.

One of the consumers of our system uses curly braces for content replacement in strings.
Due to the way that SD currently uses curly braces in the build process there is no way I can have a string that includes the braces for consumption.
I have tried a number of ways to escape the braces with no luck
