Following up on conversation started here about adding instructions for upgrading to newer versions of Plenti. This is somewhat package manager specific, but might be helpful so folks to have to go digging to find it.

I like to use julia -ie 'using Franklin; Franklin.serve(). Thanks to using e, Julia will remain open in interactive mode even when Franklin stops. When Franklin has errored out, you can call Franklin.serve() again without having to reload Julia and all the packages.

This could be added in the "workflow" docs.

Use config.yml and inferred data to generate the file automatically.

Since the project is growing along with more and more functionality is coming up, it is getting very important to make sure existing things don't break and hence, unit testing becomes important.

In my experience, this library is more than enough for us to get started.
