Describe the feature

When debugging end to end tests locally, it's frequently helpful to keep resources around after the test run finishes to debug things. Currently this requires finding the call to EnsureTearDown and commenting

Description

ORY, as in the name of the stack, should be spelled with all capital letters.
This spelling in our documentation is not consistent in that regard and sometimes the incorrect Ory spelling is used. For example, see this document.
This should be corrected.

Increase code coverage for knative.dev/eventing/pkg/apis/flows/v1/parallel_validation.go

Expected Behavior

Stated goal for the V0.2 release is >70% test coverage.

If I set:

camel.component.twitter-search.xxx

The camel-twitter component should be added to the set of dependencies automatically.

Also because the new property-binding mechanism goes in error otherwise.

We should inspect direct properties and property-files.
We may extend the search also to linked secrets and configmaps.

The javadocs for the Java API are missing. The API methods reflect the same logic as in the Python API, such that much text can be borrowed from there.

This should:

1. Delete all knative resources (in all namespaces)
2. Delete the files used in mink install with --ignore-not-found.
