Steps to reproduce
Add a new question to a feedback session, a "new question" box appears.

Expected behaviour
Button to save the new question indicates "Save Question".

Actual behaviour
Button to save the new question indicates "Save Questions" despite not being able to add any mo

Each widget that comprises a complete section of the UI (Worksheet formatting, problem formatting, problem settings, problem set settings, etc...) should be visually separated by using borders. Likely this will mean using a QFrame for many of the views instead of a QWidget and setting the frame shape
