We should be able to support disabling ICMP redirects as this is not needed in many situations, additionally in some cases will cause extra overhead.

Summary

When the key CVP_CONFIGLETS is defined but set to none (no configlet listed), the playbook fails. It would be helpful to generate a message explaining that no configlets have been defined instead.
