At the top of the docs it mentions lazy-loading, but I can't find anything in the docs regarding where and how is this available.

Sample use-cases would be nice as well :-)

We want to test the full cycle with an running mobile app (which gets tested) within a sim.

The readme, getting started guide, and docs/examples folders all have roughly the same examples, but no way to keep them in sync or run them.

Scope

• include code snippets from docs/examples, ideally
• make examples runnable, links or inline

List of implementations only includes HTTP Interop Diactoros Factory.
