    Back in March we published data on the gender pay gap among our staff up to December 2019. Somehow it's already nearly August (not that anything has happened in between) so it’s time for our most up to date figures as of June 2020!

    The online space brings an opportunity to undercut discriminatory understandings of who is ‘at-risk’ of violence. Online, it doesn’t matter what “community” someone may be from, what religion or ethnic background. If they are glorifying Hitler or ISIS, then we’re concerned. (7/8)

    The model we use applies across forms of violence: violent extremism, domestic violence, human trafficking, or other harms. Because it doesn’t matter WHO posts violent content, if they are posting it, we want to reduce their harm. (6/8)

    It does involve building an evidence base on those sharing, posting, and engaging with hate content online: whether white supremacist, jihadist, Hindu nationalist extremist, or violent incel. We then work to engage, challenge, and offer safer alternatives. (5/8)
