Currently pgTyped CLI package is using minimist for CLI flag parsing. By design minimist is rather minimal and doesnt provide any advanced features.
To improve the current CLI experience we should switch to yargs.
Things we will get out of the box with yargs:
- Help command
- Env variable support
- Flag value validation
- Documented default values

min(x, y) and max(x, y) can currently be slower than in CPython, at least for unboxed types.
Use mypyc.irbuild.specialize to inline these in IR, since the implementations are trivial (and these are common). The two-argument version is the most important one to optimize.
Relevant benchmark: https://github.com/mypyc/mypyc-benchmark-results/blob/master/reports/benchmarks/min_max_pair.md
