My first public project was Docker-OSX,
Docker-OSX allows anyone to run macOS in a Docker container.
It was trending on Github and the top new repo for June 2020, and the project I started now has:
- 7,000+ Github stars from other Developers
- 1,200+ upvotes on Reddit saying "thanks"
- 10,000 Docker hub pulls (and counting!)
I split my time between enhancing Free & Open Source software as well as working for my clients, who I love.
When I released this project as a small gift back to the iPhone Jailbreaking community, I had absolutely no idea that it would become so popular… It was just my way of giving back.
Teams around the world use my software to deliver mission critical apps.
Because it’s a single Dockerfile, it can run literally anywhere.
I love helping other coders, programmers, developers, and hackers make the world better.
My projects is fully CI/CD enabled. It helps independent developers and large teams automate tedious parts of their automation workflow.
I wake up each day now, knowing that the code I write actually helps people out in so many ways that I wish I knew know about.

What really makes me smile, is that those with the least actually benefit the most from what I do.
After this project, which I wrote in my spare time, it really made me think about what is my true purpose:
What's the best way I can:
- do what I love doing (writing really, really useful software)
- enrich & empower other developers who use the code that I contribute
- help other developers write better software on their own
- speed up development testing & workflows for others
- make better apps and services for anyone, anywhere in the world.
Knowing what I'm capable of now, I am committed to working on new important projects that I know people are out there searching for.
I write code as my full-time freelancer work, and spreading my time between projects is always a challenge. I'm constantly picking up projects and adding new features, and security for my clients.
When I wake-up and boot-up my workstation, I make clear decisions about what to work on so as to not let my clients down. My clients are my day-job: as much as I know I should be doing free software development, I have to organize my time appropriately. I write shell, Python, with a focus on automation & software security.
I am humbled by the amount of support for the project I received and I don't want to stop here.
My current plans:
- Docker-ize the iPhone (DONE) https://github.com/sickcodes/Docker-eyeOS
- Docker-ize Windows
- Docker-ize TempleOS
Even just having an extra hour a day to help the end users of my project on Twitter, Reddit, Github issues and in the comments sections would be amazing. All my DM's are open and I always help others.
If you've read my profile, I would like to say that I appreciate your time so much. Time is our most valuable asset, and I promise to continue creating and contributing to open source.
