In such a case we can query nameId's on the blockchain and check if our privateKey has already a email permission for a certain contact and senderEmail Adress(es) - Check should involve many different senderEmails in case we have more then just one. e.g. info@domain.com, accounting@domain.com, firstname@domain.com, firstname+lastname@domainB.com etc.
