Issue Description

While using model.bulkCreate, as we pass the options, an object which contains transaction, it comes modified after the execution

What are you doing?

We have called bulk

ToDebugString currently requires that the options parameter be explicitly set - this is a bit cumbersome when debugging. We can choose one of the enum values to be the default (ShortDefault?)

Problem

The Prisma Client's generated types requires Typescript 4.1 and above. Right now we show a warning, but should fail because it's too easy to miss this hard requirement.

I use postgres 12 with “MATERIALIZED” statement,
and I once asked on Discord how to use the “MATERIALIZED” statement in go-pg,
and get that is not support now.
