Abstract
Our documentation is horribly outdated. At the same time we do put considerable effort in having a guide of all new features with screenshots and all in each release's release notes. So we should at least go through all release notes and move all information that is not outdated and is missing from the documentation to the usage guide.

Our current JSON-RPC wiki is outdated.
A lot of commands were changed, new commands were added and some were removed.
Some description might need to be rewritten in a more comprehensible way.
This is a good first issue for anyone who wants to start familiarizing with the PIVX sources.
Right now, if I run system tests locally, I have to remember to make dockerpush with my latest code changes, or else a.) all of the tests will fail with a very opaque error (if I forget to push any image matching the current branch), or b.) they'll run against an older version of the code. Add createwallet
Can this library be use to handle more than 1 wallet, bitcoin-cli.exe have the createwallet command with a unique id and the connection can have the --rpcwallet with the same id.
What are the alternative if I need to handle more than 1 wallet. Thanks
