    "Solve problems via remote control."

    Pros: - I worked as an online software solution employee and in that job connect wise control proved to be a lifesaver for me, first of all, it quickly pair up with the client's computer, and then I was able to troubleshoot the problem without having to be physically present there.
    - It integrates with other useful apps flawlessly and comes with all the necessary features like screen sharing, file transfer, and chatting.

    Cons: There were few cons that I faced while using ConnectWise
    Control, those cons are as follows-
    - There were some complications when I used to connect with apple mac machines.
    - The cost of licensing is a bit high, especially for small companies and individuals.

    Overall: During the period of time I used this software it worked wonders for me, I got all the necessary features to solve the issues and problems of clients virtually. The only drawback was the price of the software other than that everything was perfect.

    Pros: -It is very easy to install and setup.
    -You get maximum security during your active sessions.
    -It provides a reliable and secure connection while controlling the computers remotely.

    Cons: -The UI is a bit outdated and can be improved.
    -It is a bit pricy.

    Overall: Overall, ConnectWise Control is a secure and reliable software for remote access as it provides a lot of features. The Price of the software is a bit too high relative to other alternatives.

    "ConnectWise Control is very Classy "

    Pros: ConnectWise Control keeps us safe and encrypted control of all system. It it able to securely manage all systems. It is very to use, very light weighted also can run on multiple platforms. We can also capture pictures and videos of the screen.

    Cons: Sometimes it shows user needs to join the session, even though user in online. it can take some learning and reaching out to get the results I'm looking for sometimes. Every time I open a support case, I end up going back and forth with emails several times, not getting an answer and eventually figuring out a solution myself.

    Overall: We find it to be a lightweight on the computer resources which is important to 365 iT SOLUTIONS when picking a strategic software to manage assets. We find the software installation takes up very little space compared to competitors and very minimal resource use with little to no hardware impact and performance. We find the remote software to be stable with very low failures rates. They offer Cloud Administrator account lockout that will allow for eight incorrect password attempts within ten minutes. Once that is trigger, the account will be locked for ten minutes.

    Pros: There are some pro to mention like:
    I like how simple it is to use ConnectWise Control.
    The ability to access my computer remotely, run any commands, transfer files and many other functions it provides makes it one of the best software.
    Don't have any problem with the connection to other remote system.

    Cons: There are not so many cons:
    Sometimes it can take time to understand some of the functions of this software.

    Overall: Overall ConnectWise Control is best software for remote access to your devices.
    There are minor issues but overall very easy to use.

    "Good Connectivity Application"

    Pros: This helps to remotely connect with customers, it is a self hosted desktop software or application which provides a user to connect with their server.
    Connect with low end devices as well as desktop, personal computers, etc.
    Can directly login through with their link ID's in their email.
    Offer Products design, file transfer, etc.

    Cons: I find it very useful, haven't faced any difficulties except they require good internet connectivity.

    Overall: ConnectWise Control is self hosted program run through a set of framework which is really efficient and helps me conduct remote meetings with my customers, provides support and fast services around the globe. Easy accessibility. Thank you.

    Pros: Effortless to connect with clients.
    Easy to set up and remote access the added computer.
    Simple remote file transfer process.
    Easy to install and integrate with different tools.
    Every feature works absolutely amazing.

    Cons: None till now. I Will update the cons if I face any.

    Overall: It's simply a robust tool to support external clients. It provides us remote control feature which makes it very easy to control business structure remotely. We are using ConnectWise Control as our primary client helpdesk platform and we are enjoying their services.

    Pros: ConnectWise Control manages and troubleshoots issues. Provides instantly remote support. It also increases our sales ultimately. Automate proposals. Save lots of time. Secure and reliable software. User friendly. Easy to install.

    "The best tool to automate IT service and repair"

    Pros: - There is hardly any training required on the user end of things. Even on the admin side, it was very easy to have everything up and running without a lot of training.
    - I loved the customization and integration options that let you wholly integrate ConnectWise with your software leading to better customer trust and experience.

    Cons: - Can require a low latency internet connection but it is not too annoying on a slower on either.

    Overall: If you have an IT team that has to service hundreds of remote systems and help users all around the world with issues, you can save tons of time and energy automating it with ConnectWise. It's the best premium service at the price point.

    Pros: Pretty easy to use and user friendly.
    Works well with both windows and Macintosh computer systems.

    Cons: It’s really expensive and you can get other competitive softwares at lower price.
