Pros: Immersive and intimate experience; great team to work with - very responsive; our attendees loved the breakout rooms.
A very unique feature that Tocca designed for us were the private breakout rooms, where each attendee had a different experience and would be able to interact with the guests she had confirmed the meetings with. That was beyond valuable foe our brand

Cons: All good; excited to partner with Tocca again this year!!

Overall: Great experience; we loved the design and the functionality of the product. We hope to work with Tocca on all our virtual conferences in the future.

Cons: Don't have real cons, we are happy customers. As even if there were technical glitches (expected with technology), the team was on top of it.

Overall: When we were looking at events platforms to host a very high end event , we explored the market inside out. We looked at all the options including the VR ones. Tocca was the only one that could help us create a near real life experience. We cared a lot about : ease of use but also real connection with people . Not only everyone found it easy to get on: speakers and attendees but also people made fruitful connections through the networking lounges as well as the custom one on one connections created per user (163 unique connections in one day). In addition to all this, their technical support team was beyond present and helpful, even when we had glitches.

Pros: This was our first event on Tocca and I was surprised at how easy and natural it felt to use, high points for user experience. We had speakers calling in from international locations and the connection remained strong throughout our event. It maintained high quality video, which was quite impressive. The breakout rooms were a hit and the audience members were able to participate with ease.

Cons: It was a little hard to navigate between the breakout room and the lobby.

Overall: Overall, this a great product and I would HIGHLY recommend it to organizations holding virtual events.

Pros: Tocca is a great platform for networking. The 1:1 call function has really helped our organization connect our members in a secure and private manner. Users have had a great experience flowing in and out of multiple breakout rooms as well, which is not really possible on other platforms. And finally, the landing page is a great way to great users to an event... it allows us to promote our sponsors and link our audience to important action items.

Cons: I am just waiting for the platform to allow for users to customize their landing page. Other than that, it's great!

Overall: This platform is really a great solution for any organization that's looking to connect people in a private and secure way. I would highly recommend it to groups that are focused on networking, but it also works well for companies and orgs that want to add a bit of customization to their online events to make them feel more like online experiences.

Pros: Simulation of the real world conference experience with general sessions, Breakout rooms and most importantly the networking lounge. Ability to customize the experience by the host.

Cons: It can be more intuitive and have easier user interface.

Overall: Overall wonderful experience. My favorite feature is the networking lounge as it gives you the option to see the details of the person before connecting with them on the face chat.

Pros: Love that Tocca unifies the virtual experience across our entire organization. Plainly, when we run virtual events, Tocca creates an environment to make our employees/attendees/guests feel like they are actually 'on company grounds.'

Cons: A few minor flitches and bugs, which are no different from the growing pains that any early stage company experiences and deals with.

Overall: Love the company, their mission and the team. They are easy to work with, and they go out of their way to accommodate all of our requests.
