    Pros: - Flexible scoring system
    - Easy to set up
    - Very supportive and responsive team
    - Easy to replicate

    Cons: - Back-end answer types and answers might be hard to manage, if not set up properly.

    Overall: Great experience overall. The support team responds fast and get things done very efficiently. The marking logic is very flexible.

    Pros: Easy to configure, excellent service an support from the Certainty Team. The Certainty tool provides maximum flexibility in operating environments where technology skills and understandings vary considerably. With the ability to operate across desktop, mobile and hard-copy (pen and paper) formats they have all sources covered.

    Cons: User interface is very simple and easy to use for the end user but can become "busy" if not managed correctly at the administrative level.

    Overall: Excellent service, easy to configure, quick to launch and simple to use. A very effective and cost efficient tool for taking you inspection process to the next level!

    Pros: The relationship with our product manager/developer where familiarity with the product aids quick optimization and troubleshooting.

    Cons: We always need new features so maybe the long time it takes between releases and the ability to stick to Development and Deployment schedules.

    Overall: Overall happy with the products, the responsiveness and the continued optimization which is user driven.

    Pros: Creating checklists are easy to create and complete. The administrative functions to allow users restricted access is also easy to use and allows for lots of options. I watched a 20 minute webinar about creating checklists and was reasonably trained to create a basic checklist.

    Cons: Some of the functions our company requires are not available however Certainty attempts to develop it to our needs when possible.

    Overall: Good software that has improved our auditing processes. It has allowed us to strengthen our auditing program and reduced the time spent completing an audit.
