    Pros: One of the best product I have came across. We have been using for couple of years. It's just wow. Never had any issue with connectivity. Clear presentation and great audio too. 5 star!

    "Fantastic support for remote use"

    Pros: Like anyone using technology, I've had trouble with my devices in the past. I sought help from IT personnel using the LogMeInRescue product and had incredible success. It allows for multiple access methods, the support person was able to access my device without me being there, and he was able to reboot my device and automatically reconnect.

    Cons: It's a product that's specifically designed for IT professionals. Without IT expertise, I imagine it would be difficult for me to use, should I want to troubleshoot my own device. Additionally, the chat box to connect with the support person is small and in the version we used, we didn't have access to a video conference/webcam for chatting.

    Overall: Overall, it's a fantastic product that allows IT support staff to remote into PCs located anywhere and resolve technical issues quickly and without physical access to the device. In the remote world we're currently working in, this product is PRICELESS.

    Pros: I like to use this for clients who are not familiar with our system, I think it makes things much easier especially during this time when everything is remote.

    Cons: Only con is that somethings the screen freezes and we will need to restart the entire program.

    Overall: Great for remote work. I think I would continue to use this program until we are able to get back to the office.

    Pros: -You can copy the files of the connected computer very easily.
    -You can install software to the connected computer with ease.
    -You get all the necessary features like notification, speed, and consistency.

    Cons: -Sometimes the screen gets frozen suddenly and you have to restart the system to fix that.

    Pros: We use this to work remotely. It pairs well with our on-site systems and is user friendly. It has solid customer support as well if needed.

    Cons: Sometimes the screen can pop up small but once you get the hang of it it should not be an issue.

    Overall: We have used this without any issue during the pandemic. If you are a remote law firm you should consider this option.

    Pros: -The feature is that you can deploy the remote in several ways like email links or direct download.
    -You can move files to a remote computer, and it has low host system requirements.
    -Technicians can collaborate and quickly fix the problem of the end-user by remote access.

    Cons: -The chat feature does not work properly and takes a lot of time to reconnect.
    -Some features are not beginner friendly and requires deep tech knowledge to use.

    Pros: LogMeIn Rescue helpdesk is outstanding in terms of usage and ability. Our customers are also happy with this solution. UI/UX design is intuitive. It delivers the best remote access to the support desk dashboard. Supports mobile platform for end-users.

    Cons: Artificial Intelligence-based support is not there. Lots of other offers same.

    Overall: Overall, It is the best support solution that delivers everything that we need in the support desk. It works smoothly in high traffic and requests. Effective on mid enterprises.

    Pros: Love this tool for all my remote access, able to send admin prompts through it by typing in admin information to gain access. Able to have multiple sessions open as well.

    Cons: I don't have any cons about this product I think it is the best one out there.

    Pros: Easy to install. Easy to use. Let tech support save me from myself. My Microsoft tech support couldn't figure out what I was talking about, but we used LogMeIn to get to the bottom of things.

    Cons: I was skeptical to use it at first (felt that it had a potential for virus), but it worked as advertised. No complaints to speak of.

    Overall: I've used LogMeIn a number of times since I first discovered it through Microsoft tech support. It helps people see what's happening instead of the endless descriptions and screenshots. Saves a lot of time.

    Pros: When someone calls and they need help now, this is simple and effective to get you remoted into their system to troubleshoot. I don't recall it ever not working exactly as I expected it to.

    Cons: It's a bit on the pricey side. There are less expensive alternatives out there.

    Overall: While there may be less expensive alternatives out there, I still used this just because I was never surprised by it not working. Reliability leads to happy customers.

    Pros: It allows teams of all sizes to communicate and collaborate from anywhere on any device securely.

    Cons: I have yet to run into a con. Anytime I have had any issue, I have been able to chat with customer service and they resolve my issue immediately.

    Overall: LogMeIn secures your employees' identity, access, data, and passwords wherever they may be located. I have yet to have such a seamless experience with other software.

    Pros: To offer the best support experience for the customer no other tool is capable and better than the LogMeIn Central help desk solution. It offers live chat, real-time support alert, remote access, ticket management, ticket forwarding, and inbuilt survey and feedback.
