I like how Simplepush presents a couple of different ways to generate push messages on their website:

How about having a similar feature directly in the server GUI? That would include the bits documented here https://gotify.net/docs/pushmsg
(suggested by Berndinox in #205; been bugging me for a while too)
Currently, the Docker image exposes port 80. We should change this so that running Meli doesn't require root access.
We'll need to update the deployment docs.

I did a prototype of a toolbox listing all the elements
It could
- show only the elements on the current page
- show elements visibility (on which pages)
- click should select
- hide some elements
- delete, duplicate, copy, paste
- move to different container

As we attempt to pick up the release cadence, we are in need of an explicit changelog file which enumerates changes in each version. This should be a markdown or plaintext file adhering to some form of standardized format. Ideally, it will be able to work with #582.
