Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The dropdown menu on the global types that are defined in the menu is displayed with black text on a black background when using a Mac with dark theme.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install the Storybook a11y add-on or define a global type
  2. Set Mac to dark theme
  3. Click on one of the menus

Vuetify Version: 2.4.9
Vue Version: 2.6.12
Browsers: Chrome 89.0.4389.114
OS: Mac OS 11.2.3

Steps to reproduce

See typescript error concerning VAppBarTitle on the line import { VApp, VAppBarTitle } from "vuetify/lib";

Module '"vuetify/lib"' has no exported member 'VAppBarTitle'. Did you mean to use 'import VAppBarTitle from "vuetify/lib"' instead

What problem does this feature solve?

Since monaco-editor 0.22.0¹, the global monaco object is only defined if you add

window.MonacoEnvironment = { globalAPI: true };

It would be nice if ng-zorro had some hook to configure MonacoEnvironment (also for potential other use-cases) before monaco-editor is actually loaded. Also, the documentation for onLoad is now slightly inco

Hi,

When I use multiple iframe in my web page with pNotify and do submit or a button click in the page, I am getting error "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'opener' of undefined" in at PNotify.position (pnotify.js:641).

I am getting this error when I am changing a iframe src in a text box change event and do submit the page. This is happening only in Chrome browser.
Please help me
