Pros: The integration procedure is extremely simple and also instinctive. The group, as well as the assistance, work with you to put you on board and also assist you in all actions along the way. Its version works very well for companies to use and also partner. They have launched several entirely new functions since we joined them this year, which shows that they are constantly trying to find even more and improve. Their support services are excellent and also very beneficial. Highly recommended.
Cons: There are some restrictions on the CRM element that I would like to be customized, such as Lead Status, as well as field types for standard fields. There is a large amount of paperwork for training, but I would certainly do it as soon as you are integrated so that my sales group or several other divisions that use the tool can get together and / or receive training from someone at SharpSpring.
Overall: We were looking for a CRM / automation tool for internal use and that we felt comfortable in suggesting to our customers. This device targets both. We use SharpSpring to help automate our emails and as our basic ESP. We are running landing pages and also dynamic material based on the user's task.

Pros: SharpSpring helps in marketing and sales. Basically it's a marketing automation software. Like sending mass emails this software not only saves time but also saves energy. Real time notifications. Drag and drop feature is awesome. Easily customisable features. CRM automation.
Cons: Highly recommended software, easily integrates with multiple apps. No cons.
Overall: Powerful yet easy to use software. Using its visitor ID feature our team easily converts lead into sales. Within no time we can easily create reports of our performance. Reliable and secure software. Easily integrates with Zoho, Weebly, WordPress, Wufoo, Twitter, Salesforce, Google Ads and many more.

Pros: Really cool and all inclusive way to track your sales and funnels data in one place. Super efficient.
Cons: The pricing is a bit on the higher end for this and requires contracts.

"Beautiful and Affordable!"
Posted 07/11/2019Pros: I feel like this product is the first real all in one marketing automation that is really able to provide more than just one useful product. A lot of marketing automation software out there claims to be all-in-one but it usually just has one strong aspect and a bunch of unused add on products. I was very pleased with how well rounded this software was. The email automation is great but the kind of design customization that you are able to create just takes the cake. Oh... i think i forgot something... the price! its a steal. Really pleased with this software. really, We tried using Hubspot but just couldnt justify that kind of price.
Cons: No all in one software is going to be perfect. While i think the lead scoring has a ton of potential we haven't figured out how to use it properly.
Overall: cheap, effective, very slick. I'd recommend this to any business looking to get that silicon valley look to their marketing materials. It really helped us step it up a notch and get out of the clunky looking emails we used to send.
