Expected behavior

One can select any meta attribute (categorical, too?) from the dropdo

The current use of tf.image.resize_bilinear probably distorts non-quadratic images when resized.

A better approach would be to use tf.image.resize_image_with_crop_or_pad to create quadratic images, and then resize (e.g. bilinear) to a given size.
