Our CI load is pretty heavy, some times we end up with quite a backlog on CircleCI where most of our build happen. To better manage this we could move our Linux builds to GitHub Action to better balance the load.

I just installed Git Cola 3.7 64-bit on Windows 10. The folder in Program Files is 176.2 MB, which is very large, and many of the files are unnecessary.

When root filesystem fails and drops to initramfs, it is impossible to mount fat32 boot partition to correct and error
the error message is "IO charset ascii not found".
