GitHub provides a few options when configuring a new repo like: license, .gitignore file, a README.md, and the Rennovate plugin. If you want to install any of these by default, which I usually do, then you get an error about the remote having newer content.

Describe the bug
netlify.toml dev block uses camel case which doesn't match other configurations which use snake case.
We should switch to snake case configuration properties and deprecate the camel case ones.

When arriving to the second page the suggested reading modal pops up at the beginning of the page rather than at the end. It seems more logical to allow the user to finish the post without interruption.
