    Online programs can't and shouldn't just be a replica of what we do in our museums. We can reach new audiences, break the mold, try new things. But we can't go after all the 8 billion people in the world - look at data, know your potential audience, go after them.

    Hearing about art history programs for high school students. One participant wound up in medical school & credited this program with showing her how to look and be truly observant - so necessary in medicine! Another way museums' education role is essential.
